Stage 28 Talent + Casting, LLC is a Northwest Arkansas and Nashville, Tennessee modeling and talent agency. We represent models, actors, production assistants, makeup artists, and promotional and FIT models ranging from female and male children and teens to adults.

Founder and CEO Heather Fallen has done everything from swimsuit modeling for Stuff magazine to serving as a personal trainer for the Army folks from the Pine Bluff Arsenal to being the personal assistant to country music legend Tanya Tucker.

The Fayetteville native studied theater at William Woods University in Fulton, Mo., but left before graduation to work for Q-Zar, a laser tag entertainment company, where she was employed from 1993 to 1998. From that point until 2002, she worked as a model and actress in California, appearing in some independent films and television pilot episodes. From 2002 to 2005, Fallen was a personal trainer at JP Fitness in Little Rock.

In 2005, she founded Stage 28, a talent and casting agency in Fayetteville, Arkansas and in 2017 expanded the agency to Nashville. Heather resides between both Arkansas and Tennessee. Stage 28 currently has 300 clients.

Fallen said her biggest achievement so far was helping local actor Jason Davis land a starring role opposite Ashley Judd in the movie Come Early Morning, which was filmed primarily in Arkansas.

Fallen said her motivation is to help aspiring actors and models land the parts they want. She wants to take her company nationwide with offices in Los Angeles and New York City.
